Drum Sticks (essential)
We recommend beginner students use quality light wood tip drumsticks

It is essential that all students purchase a practise pad: any sizes between 6” – 12”

Drum students require a music stand to keep at home for practising. It is very important that the sheet music is up right in front of the student when practising.
Drum Throne/Stool (essential)

Drum Thrones, or Drum Stools can be adjusted to the correct height for the drummer and support good posture and a correct playing position. A junior drum throne is most suitable
Drum Kits (optional)
Electronic or electric are recommended, students can practise without disturbing neighbours or the rest of the household plus takes up less room!
